The Property

This garden condo sleeps couples and families comfortably, with a king and queen bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Grill on the balcony or float in the pool. Your Costa Rica escape starts here.
THE CONDO
The condo is part of the quaint Casa del Sol resort, a gated property with 24/7 security, including a dedicated parking stall. The luscious grounds including a lovely pool and options for sun and shade. All steps away from the pristine ocean and beaches of Playa Penca & Playa Potrero.
The second level condo offers privacy and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a four-seat breakfast bar, perfect for casual dining. The spacious living room offers ample seating and features a large-screen TV for your entertainment. Step outside to the expansive deck, which overlooks the pool and is furnished with outdoor dining for six, making it ideal for alfresco meals and relaxation.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a workspace, and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a twin bed, along with generous closet storage.

We are from Calgary, Canada. We love the outdoors so you may see us hiking or mountain biking in the summer, or cross country skiing, or snowshoeing in the winter. Costa Rica has so much to offer that we decided to invest in this property. We hope to welcome you in our condo soon.
